Peach Salsa

Nothing says summer to me quite like fresh salsa – and when it’s bursting with sweet, height-of-the-season, fresh peaches, so much the better. I like my peach salsa very mild – it just seems to go better. However, go ahead and make it spicy if that’s how you like it!
The colors of this salsa are so pretty and summery – bright purple onion, vibrant green lime, and softly hued peaches. It’s such fun slicing all the flavors together – I can’t wait to make it again; maybe tonight...

Charcuterie boards are such a wonderful thing to me. They can look difficult (all those different dishes and ingredients???), or they can look easy (just throw everything on a board and done). Really though, they are quite simple to make, and fun as well.
