For a hot latte, simply pour the espresso into a cup and add hazelnut milk and half & half. Sweeten with whichever sweetener you like - agave is my choice.
For an iced latte, fill a cup with ice, and pour the espresso over it. Add the hazelnut milk and half & half, and stir in your sweetener. Again, I like agave best here, but use what you like!
For the Hazelnut Milk
If you can't find hazelnut milk, it's quite easy to make your own! Soak the chopped hazelnuts in the water overnight or for around 8 hours.
In the morning, place the soaked hazelnuts and water in a blender or food processor and process for a minute or so, until the hazelnuts are very finely chopped.
Strain the hazelmut milk through a towel into a jar or glass bottle and ta-da! Your very own hazelnut milk.
