Ingredients //

  • 1 cup Quick Oats
  • cup Rolled Oats
  • Flax Seeds
  • Golden Raisins
  • Dried Mango chopped
  • Dried Figs chopped
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Salted Hazelnuts chopped
  • Salted Sunflower Seeds
  • Chia Seeds
  • Best Quality Milk
  • Cream optional
  • Brown Sugar
  • Toasted Coconut
  • Sliced Almonds

Instructions //

  • Chop the dried fruit and hazelnuts.
  • Mix the oats, flax seeds, raisins, mango, figs, cranberries, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds in a bowl. Store in a sealed container.
  • First thing in the morning, pour as much as you like into a bowl, and cover with milk. Make sure it is stirred, and then let it soak for 30-45 minutes.
  • Top with cream (if you like), brown sugar, toasted coconut, and sliced almonds.

Notes

The soaking time is your choice. However, much shorter than half an hour, and the oats are still quite chewy. Too much longer, and they become quite mushy.
